Leisure
What is this life if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare?—
No time to stand beneath the boughs,
And stare as long as sheep and cows:
No time to see, when woods we pass,
Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass:
No time to see, in broad daylight,
Streams full of stars, like skies at night:
No time to turn at Beauty's glance,
And watch her feet, how they can dance:
No time to wait till her mouth can
Enrich that smile her eyes began?
A poor life this if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.

on the long way up the dreaded hill to tuition i had a compulsion to stare up at the sky.
for some reason i just stood there and stared.
the clouds parted and
it's vastness just overwhemled me.
it left me with a feeling.
a feeling that has yet to subside.
i long to watch a sunset.
to sit and smell grass.
to watch clouds pass.
in the warmest embrace
reassuring, simply comforting
security
i need security
to know that in spite of life and all it's 'unpredictability'
i'm heading to a place where i'll be able to
watch a sunset
sit and smell grass
in the warmest embrace
reassuring, comforting
it's vastness, Your vastness
enveloped me
reminded me
i felt you
and with all my heart i thank You.
